Participants and their role in the event

During a traditional event, the organizer determines the expected number of participants and defines their roles. We go through the same process when planning an online event. This will determine the platform module we will use.

We define 3 types of events:
Up to 100 participants
Up to 400 participants
More than 400 participants
And the 4 primary roles of the participants:

Host / Administrator

The person who is technically responsible for the start of the event and its Completion. Gives authority to the appropriate people. Is responsible for supervising the entire event.

Participant

People who want to hear your message. They can ask questions in the q&a (Questions and Answers) section or raise their hand, and the presenter can give them the floor during the meeting can answer surveys.

Panelist

A person who has prepared a lecture that is part of the meeting agenda.

Moderator

Moderate chat and Q&A section questions.

How participants can join the event

Additional functionalities

  • opportunity to work together on the so-called white board – white board

  • ability to play audio and video files from a local device and from a URL

  • ability to record meetings to mp4 file

  • you can turn on or off the preview of the participants of the meeting, i.e. the participants can not see how many guests are there and who exactly is listening to the lecture

Analysis, reports and follow-up
