Project description

We are seeking a skilled Data (ETL) Engineer to support data integration, transformation, and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working with Teradata tools in enterprise data warehouse environments.

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Teradata tools.
  • Integrate heterogeneous data sources into enterprise data warehousing architectures.
  • Write, test, and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
  • Ensure data quality, validation, integrity checks, and efficient troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with analytics and business stakeholders to ensure accurate data delivery.

Required qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Teradata (Teradata Vantage, BTEQ, FastLoad, MultiLoad, TPT).
  • Strong experience in ETL development and data integration pipelines.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts (dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas).
  • Advanced SQL development and query performance optimization.
  • Experience with data validation, debugging, and root-cause troubleshooting.
  • German language proficiency is mandatory (B2/C1 level).
  • Good English communication skills.
