Provide expert analytical leadership for strategic product questions within the ML Scoring domain for Sponsored Offers (AdTech). Translate complex product hypotheses into robust analytical frameworks and deliver actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Provide expert analytical leadership for strategic product questions in ML Scoring.
- Translate complex product hypotheses into structured analytical frameworks and deliver clear, actionable conclusions.
- Develop and maintain a decision-quality analytics layer to enhance product prioritization, experimentation quality, and KPI governance.
- Design, analyze, and interpret complex A/B experiments and causal inference studies.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Data Science on executive-ready decision memos and data storytelling.
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in independently delivering complex analytical projects driving product or business decisions.
- Advanced mastery of SQL (including BigQuery), query optimization at scale, and automated metric pipelines.
- Proficiency in Python-based analytical workflows (reproducible and version-controlled data analysis).
- Expert-level experimentation competencies (A/B testing design, statistical interpretation, strategic recommendation framing).
- Extensive experience in defining, validating, and governing product KPI sets.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted analysis tools while maintaining strict analytical rigor.
- English communication skills (at least B2 level).
Nice to have
- Experience in AdTech, marketplace ranking, or recommendation analytics.
- Practical experience in causal inference methods beyond standard A/B testing.
- Experience mentoring analysts and setting analysis standards in multi-team environments.
- Familiarity with cloud-native analytics stacks on GCP and BI tools (Tableau, Looker Studio).
