We do not keep a named bench ready to start the next day. The 80+ specialist network has been built since 2012. Time-to-first-CVs is not a contract start date. Start follows your interviews and paperwork. The MCP collects a qualified brief. It does not reserve surnames.

Candidate personal data never leaves through this MCP. Requests do not write straight into CRM — queue plus a human.
T&M and success fee — same sourcing engine
- Staff augmentation / T&M — contractor in your team, open-book margin 10–25%, hourly. Typical start after a brief: 1–3 weeks for Java/.NET/React, 2–6 weeks for SAP, architecture, production LLM.
- Permanent recruitment — success fee, typically 15–25% of first-year compensation. No hire, no fee. Longer cycle (notice periods).
- Team leasing / fixed-price — same channel, priced by a human.

In rollout: HTTPS mcp.commoditech.pl plus a listing in the official MCP Registry (namespace pl.commoditech/staffing) plus llms.txt. We will not advertise a remote URL until it is actually up.

- No “3 senior Python from Monday” in the JSON. If a vendor serves that, they are lying or selling CVs without people.
- No auto-quoted contract. Ranges ≠ the invoice.
- No candidate PII. Full CVs still go by email, after consent, as they do today.
